Matt Kearney was named Chief Executive Officer in July 2019 by ICV Partners, the private equity firm that owns the company.
Prior to joining LeadingResponse, Matt was an operating partner with Rockbridge Growth Realty, a Detroit-based PE firm, for four years.
There, he drove strategic and operational improvements, evaluated future investments, launched the popular U.S. online version of the London newspaper The Daily Mail and was appointed to the board of Gas Station TV, where he currently serves as chairman.
A native of Liverpool, England, Matt holds an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering from Manchester University, both in the United Kingdom.
Matt lives in New York City with his wife. The couple has two children.
After studying Marketing Communications at the University of South Florida, Jorge worked in direct marketing for several years. Then he discovered a new client acquisition opportunity – the social dinner approach – and created the now-famous Seminar Success® marketing concept.
It was the foundation for building a business with a few partners in the mid-1990s.
Nearly 25 years later, Jorge plays an active role in LeadingResponse (formerly RME360). He is deeply involved in the development of new products, new services, innovations and promotions.
As the creator of the marketing platform and a nationally-recognized expert in the field, Jorge is a sought-after keynote speaker and presenter.
A Tampa native, Jorge and his wife, Jill, have two children. He is a big fan of professional sports and has been an avid golfer for many years. Jorge also relaxes by entertaining friends and family, boating, listening to music and shopping.
A specialist in the integration of acquired businesses, Lyne joined LeadingResponse as Controller in 2012. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2014.
Lyne has been responsible for accounting operations of public and private organizations with gross billings up to $200 million; and thrives on finding creative solutions to complex issues.
Before joining LeadingResponse, she was Divisional Controller for the List Services division of Infogroup, a big data, analytics and marketing services company.
She holds a degree in professional studies with a concentration on accounting from Ecole Progressive, and is a Registered Life Underwriter. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in accounting.
Passionate about life, learning and music, Lyne lives in East Lake, Fla., with her husband, Warren, and their two cats. The couple has five grown children.
Robert’s responsibilities include ensuring customers receive a “world class experience” with Leading Response. With the company since 2016, he oversees lead generation strategy, design, production and campaign execution.
Before joining LeadingResponse, Robert worked for several marketing service organizations. They ranged from large public companies to mid-size private equity-backed companies and offered personal fulfillment as he helped them grow revenue and profitability.
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore.
A Tampa resident, Robert has been married to his wife, Deena, for 28 years. They have three children, ages 23, 21 and 16. When not at work, he enjoys going to the beach, traveling and spending time with his family – when they can all manage to be in the same place.
Ari joined LeadingResponse in October of 2016. As Director of Human Resources, she oversees HR functions including training and development, benefits administration, payroll, recruitment/retention and employee relations; and ensuring adherence with state and federal employment regulations.
Before joining LeadingResponse, Ari served in HR leadership positions at a variety of companies in Florida and Texas, most recently Thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas.
A Tampa resident, she holds a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal and organizational communications from the University of South Florida.
Ari and her husband of 21 years, Nelson, have two sons, David, 20, a junior at USF; and Nicholas, 15.
The couple enjoys going to the local beaches, traveling and indulging their love of theme parks. In addition, Ari has a passion for ballroom and Latin dancing.
As the Marketing Director for LeadingResponse, Julie is responsible for generating brand awareness, cultivating prospect interest and facilitating customer engagement.
She oversees the company’s brand evolution, public relations, social media, multi-disciplinary marketing campaigns, and web development.
Julie came to LeadingResponse in 2018 with more than 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing expertise. Prior to joining the company, she held marketing positions at ThinkDirect Marketing Group, Titan Cruise Lines and Khameleon Software.
She has a master’s degree in Communications from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.
Raised in the Tampa Bay area, Julie enjoys the outdoors, college football, spending time with family and friends and spoiling her three Chihuahuas.
Steve joined LeadingResponse as Director of Information Technology in August of 2018 and is responsible for overseeing all IT functions within the organization. This includes network and server infrastructure, product development and architecture.
Fulfilling the role requires partnering with all aspects of the business, vendors and clients. His team supports multiple office locations across the U.S. to meet the needs of the many LeadingResponse verticals and services.
Before coming to LeadingResponse, Steve was Director of IT for Continental Benefits, a third-party benefits administrator; Chief Information Officer for INETICO, Inc., a provider of healthcare cost containment services; Advanced Services Software Engineering Manager for the Home Shopping Network (HSN); Senior Software Engineer for AAA Auto Club South; and Lead Software Engineer for JPMorgan Chase.
He has his master’s degree in Business Administration and Technology Management and lives in Tampa, FL.
